Welcome to our University of Derby Rounders page!
Meeting new people, having a laugh and making new memories as a team is exactly what we're about. If that sounds good to you, come & join Rounders!
We are now into our Sixth year, bringing students together from all stages and really establishing ourselves as a team, not to mention working closely with the union sports council and making our mark at the University. We are the first UK university to have been accredited with the Rounders Mark which has been renewed for another year!
We love to host and attend lots of events during the academic year from Wednesday socials and friendly matches to the National Rounders England Tournament. If you would like to join this ever-growing team and want to be involved with our journey, join us for our Give it a Go sessions on the 19th and 26th of September!
How much is it to join?
There is a £20 fee for the sports union that is required to join any sports club and then a one-time £30 membership fee which includes equipment and transport to tournaments.
Training:
- Tuesday: 5:00-6:30
- Lower 3G Pitch, University of Derby Sports Centre, Kedleston Rd, Derby DE22 1GB
