    Being hydrated is one of the most important actions of the day. It improves your concentration, keeps you cool and makes you ready for the day ahead. At the University of Derby we are fortunate enough to have hydration stations dotted around which supply the students with free ice cold water. However, some campuses and halls still lack the adequate amount needed for all students. Thus, all sites should have a sufficient amount of hydration stations so that everyone gets hydrated. #HydrateUoD
