Some universities offer students a free bus to a supermarket that students can use once a week for example. I feel this would be really beneficial to students as the nearest supermarket in the university quarter is Tesco. There isn’t much choice in town to do food shopping cheaply either. I feel this will really benefit as it saves money and is also sustainable as we’d be using public transport whilst allowing students to shop where supermarkets don’t have the option for home delivery.

This makes a lot of sense. I have always found it ironic that the Co-op nearest the university and student accommodation is not one that you cannot use an NUS card at so no discount!

This would be the best thing to happen in a long while! Ordering food shops are so expensive and the trips to co op add up too! its impossible to walk for 40 mins there and then back with all your food and drinks!
