    The university has a deal with Markeaton Park for subsidised parking but this sold out before some students received their loan and now they are having to pay extortionate parking prices. Could it be possible to organise similar deals with the council to get permits for on street parking (such as Broadway) as it is sometimes difficult to ensure the correct change for the machine etc?
