    Friargate library to be a quiet zone

    After going to friargate for an hours seminar, I thought it would be a good idea to head to the library to do some work....however the noise levels were so high that there was no way to concentrate. I propose that there should be a system of noise levels like Kedleston Road library, as it’s clear that the library at friargate is not simply used for work but also for social meetings.
