    Part time students attend lectures at the University of Derby from 16:00, with most students arriving slightly before. It seems vastly unfair that they have to pay to park for just 30 minutes, as car parking finishes at 16:30 The idea is not to move lecture times, but to change the time when car parking is free from 16:30 to 16:00. I feel its already unjustified that the University of Derby charges students who live more than 10 miles away.
