For part-time students, modules where SPSS is used may be several years apart, so refresher training is ideal, as well as perhaps, to an advanced level, supporting final year students. Whilst the uni offers Microsoft Office study skills, a lesser known software such as SPSS study skills would be highly beneficial to many students. This would be free.
