    Hi guys. Here is an idea for better transport. Think about this: There must be at least 20,000 students at this university. If every student would donate £1 (and there are always some who are a bit more generous), we should raise enough money for a double-decker bus for this university. This can be an on-going project and over the years can get even 2 or 3 double-decker buses which might help this problem of students not getting to university.

1:36pm on 19 Nov 19 Thanks for posting the idea. Unfortunately double decker buses aren't a viable solution to the issue you are looking to resolve. A double decker bus actually only holds 6-9 more people than a standard single deck bus. Legally no one is allowed to stand on the top level which significantly impacts the people it can hold. It's also a much lengthier process to load and unload the bus due to this.
