    To encourage people to have a meat-free day of the week, and to show how easy and delicious it can be to be a veggie, Mondays could become meat-free! This would be to support being eco-friendly by reducing the meat carbon footprint. This could be applied to the Eat Central areas and the Academy, but the shops and independent franchises (eg Papa Johns and Subway) could continue to sell meat as they are independent.
