    Library Fines Need To Be More Lenient

    I've always despised the Library fines, we're students, we're poor, we're trying to learn and get through our deadlines, the last thing we need is paying out to the library - heaven forbid you forget to reissue/return them for a day, before you know it you have a few pounds owed. I feel there needs to be some form of leniency with this, I completely appreciate there should be some form of action taken if they're overdue but the fines are excessive for the timescales. Vote up for less fines!
