    Upgrade UDO to something that is user friendly

    I find UDO frustrating, from the constant need to login, to authentication for it then to crash or need to be switch to a browser format. Frankly the app is not fit for purpose. We need an update, one without bugs or a need to constantly login. The tiles are a cluttered mess and turnitin doesn't display on the app at all. I want access to course resources/ timetables at a moments notice without the constant login's, this is university and not NASA, security's good but this is too much.

12:11am on 17 Sep 21 Hi Rachel, the Blackboard app doesn't provide access to things such as email, timetables, library services etc, like UDO is designed to do. The main purpose of UDO is to be an all-in-one, easy to use app but the way it currently operates makes it deeply frustrating and this should be addressed.
