    Informing Students about the Sexual Assault Policy

    I think it would be beneficial for a welfare officer to come in to lectures at the start of the year/terms to have this open conversation about what the union and the uni can do to support people, and what they don't do - which could lead to further discussion about what the ideas forums are, how they work and how they can lead to change. I think students should be more aware of what resources are out there to support them and what proactive actions are being taken to tackle sexual assault.

1:01pm on 26 Oct 21 Amazing amount of engagement from the criminology lecture. Would be more than happy to see if more students want this and would happily take the opportunity to do it again! It could span out to more than just the Sexual Misconduct Policy and change with the times.
