    I am a disabled student was unable to use the disabled toilet due to another using it for personal phone calls. I request that radar key locks to be used as most disabled people will have a radar key or will be able to get a radar key Derby City Council House with proof of disability (DLA/PIP, blue badge, disabled bus pass)

5:01pm on 6 Nov 21 This is a great idea, disabled toilets should always be available to disabled people and require more hygiene due to this reason, someone making a personal call is not acceptable.

7:15pm on 29 Nov 21 I have a learning disability and unable to access any of those means, so this idea would have adverse unintended consequences. This is an education issue.
