Academic, PATs etc need training on different disabilities (physical, mental and hidden). They should receive this so that they can understand student's support plans better and make lessons more accessible. 1-1's with students who want them should be offered at the start of term too so that they can discuss relevant issues with their academics regarding their support plans.

My support plan is so out of date - but there is no-one to write a new one

YES! I completely agree with this. There are some lecturers who are completely aware and are so accommodating to this. However, some lecturers feel that me having lecture slides (even student versions without case studies) is a harm to them! I got told the other day by a lecturer that I might as well not bother coming in now I had the slides. I am sorry that I struggle to read black on white, or need to simplify some words.

Completely agree. I believe tutors need to know more about students with disabilities and DSA. I have a lot of disabilities and illnesses that I believe tutors should know about so if I have to leave or need help they know why.

This is an absolute must. No lecturer I’ve come across even optimises their downloadable content (e.g. slide decks) for assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers).

I don’t feel supported in the environment that I am in, I’ve got so many problems with my mental health and I feel like I’m left out.

Totally agree. The support plans are there for a reason.
