    Pronoun training needed for staff and students

    It's LGBTQIA+ history month and therefore I feel it's the perfect time to push this! As Mental Health Awareness Officer, I have been made aware of occasions where students have been misgendered constantly by lecturers with a real lack of understanding there when they expressed their discomfort. I am proposing for some training to be given out to all staff (a pronoun 101 if you will) where staff have a safe place to understand pronouns, then benefiting the student experience and many's wellbeing.
