Blends should introduce writing names on cups/the order slip like at other coffee shops. This would reduce the amount of times people are ordering after someone but taking someone’s drink that ordered before them because it was the same order. I’ve seen it happen lots of times and has resulted in myself and others being late. It may also reduce waste as people will hear their name and collect, rather than hearing an order which I’ve seen a lot of the times being called out wrong.
