Extend the £100 resource voucher to MA students

MA students do not receive as much student finance as BA students, and it would be extremely beneficial if we could also receive the £100 study voucher to support costs for our studies.

This would be highly beneficial especially for returning students from the University of Derby as part of the Alumini programme.
