    Fix the Tap in system

    Many students are attending lecturers and tapping in ON TIME. But attendance isn’t registering. When you contact the attendance team they basically tell you “it’s your PATS problem” or “it’s your lecturers problem” who then tell you they can’t change it and to contact attendance. It’s unfair we are getting threatening emails for “not attending” when we have been present. This is happening on every campus in multiple subjects not just one!

11:25am on 24 Mar 25 Yeah there's an interdepartmental p****** contest between who's job it is. It needs fixing properly but when you email , copy in the lecturer, timetabling and your program leader. If you have to follow up copy in someone higher. Then they can sort it out amongst themselves.
