    Email communication with the Union, especially regarding sports and societies, can be inconsistent and lead to non-response or response times of 1-2 weeks. This places stress on students, as follow-up emails and extra communication is then required to get a response especially if the email is important or time critical. Most University departments and academics have an outlined response time, which helps to keep them accountable for recent emails and ensures students are kept in the loop

11:19am on 24 Mar 25 I have found the officers and paid staff to be fairly quick to respond. Are you talking about reps, or unpaid officers?
