Screamfest - Discounted Tickets!

Take on the blood-curdling fright night Screamfest this month, if you dare!

University of Derby students can claim £5 off all Screamfest tickets this month, offering a frighteningly fun night out.

The popular Halloween scream park, which attracts over 31,000 visitors every year, has over 30 acres of scares to provide plenty of shocks, frights and laughs to make the frightful season go with a bang.

Based at the National Forest Adventure Farm, in Tatenhill, near Burton expect alien invasions, crazed clowns, zombies, demons and a fate worse than hell in this year’s terrifying line up.

The immersive gore filled attraction, which will run for 14 nights during selected dates in October and November, includes 130 live actors, new for 2024 scare Hellcatraz - which promises to be the most intense yet, live shock performers, as well as a RIP ticket for those looking for an extra special night out.

Using code STUDENTUNION5 students can get reduced tickets to the attraction which includes the trailer tractor ride AREA 52 where, armed with mega blasters and a 5-acre deserted containment area, you are tasked with eradicating the threat and saving the farm from a deadly alien invasion.

With more shocks and frights than ever before the new attraction -new for 2024 Hellcatraz – will transport visitors to a place far worse than hell where you are guaranteed to get your heart racing as you are separated, isolated and subjected to the most scream inducing scare possible.

Four fan favourites will also return to complete the six scare line up including nightmare inducing Insomnia, crazed clown maze Freakout on Tour, Hillbilly Joes Zombie Zoo and gore infested Creed Farm.

There will also be live music, extreme fright acts, fairground rides, street food stalls and a licensed bar.

Tickets include unlimited access to 5 scares – Insomnia, Creed Farm, Freakout on Tour, Hellcatraz and Hillbilly Joe’s Zombie Zoo as well as all onsite live entertainment with AREA 52 charged separately.

The evening event starts on Friday 11^th October, and will be open for selected dates until Saturday 2^nd November. Fairground rides, street food and a bar are also available.

Screamfest is a scary experience and not recommended for under 16s. Under 16s will not be admitted without a 21+ year old responsible adult and must be supervised at all times. Tickets start from just £27 with the student discount code (plus a £1.50 booking fee) with a £10 per person charge for access to AREA 52.
