SV&SA Awareness Week Self Defence Session with BJJ

We're collaborating with the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu society to bring you a self defence session in aid of SV&SA Awareness Week.

This is a free session open to all students who would like to learn some self defence. It has been organised as part of SV&SA Awareness Week (Sexual Violence and Sexual Abuse) to help students feel confident and safer.

We're delighted to welcome upcoming 3-1 MMA amateur fighter Ella Beale to provide expert guidance on defending yourself using BJJ techniques.
