The Union, in collaboration with the University, are looking for students to share their experiences, insight, and thoughts around equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.
The university are currently formulating an Access and Participation plan and are keen to hear from students who don't always have the same opportunities. These groups include:
- students from lower household income
- black, Asian and minority ethnic students
- mature students
- disabled students
- care experienced/estranged students
- parent/carer
- Gypsy/Roma/Traveller
- students with specific learning difference
- students with mental health challenges
- None of the above but would like to contribute.
The Union will be facilitating focus groups to explore access and participation, if you would like to be involved, please complete the online form
