Some information on post graduation and the support the University provides to students.
University provides students with the skills and knowledge for the world of employment but coming to the end of the student journey can make anyone anxious with the question of “what’s next?” and “What are you going to do after you’ve graduated?”.
The University know this and have considered how they can provide options for how they can help answer these questions. Careers are a route a lot of students go into, but finding a career is a task in itself that many can find daunting and difficult at times.
Thankfully, the University Careers and Employment Service (CES), which offers assistance with CV writing and interview preparation and more, helps students up to three years after graduation. To access CES services and find out more about how they can help you find a career, visit their website.
If you're unsure about finding a career yet and want to continue your studies, another route to consider to go down is the Postgraduate Studies. Once you’ve graduated from Undergraduate studies, you have a 25% discount for applying for Postgraduate for the following year.
Any information about available courses is available on the University of Derby website.
