This is where you'll be able to meet the Union and find out exactly what we do; discover our outlets, learn more about the 80+ clubs we offer and get to know our friendly Officers and staff team who strive to give you the best possible student experience! Interested in Derby's nightlife? We have not one, but TWO dedicated student nights, so make sure you stop by to find out more about what events you can find there! And if all of that isn't enough, you can claim some fab exclusive freebies and offers!
Freshers' Fair - September 17th & 18th
Join us for our amazing Freshers' Fair - it's the perfect way to kickstart your university life! You can meet the Union and what we do, meet our sports, societies and student-led services and bag yourself plenty of freebies. The university's departments such as the library, the multi-faith centre and the careers and employability service will be in attendance, as well as lots of external companies. Our Activities Team will be down in the Sports Centre with all of our sports, societies and student-led services so you can find out more about what they do and sign up to their FREE give it a go sessions. We'll have a dedicated Quiet Zone for whenever you need a break from all of the commotion.
