InfoPoint

The first point of call if you have any questions about the Union, if you want to speak to any of your Officers, or book an appointment with our Advice service is the InfoPoint at Kedleston Road.

InfoPoint offers a small range of services to make your life that little bit easier. These include ring binding, laminating, ticket sales, and it's where you can collect your TOTUM card and save yourself some cash throughout the year.

Associate Membership

If you're a Union alumni or a University staff member you can apply for Associate Membership of the Union which will allow you to join Union sports teams and societies.

Citizencard

If you worry about taking your driving license or passport out to prove your age on a night out then the Citizencard is the solution. Accepted by all as a proof of age the card is free and we're encouraging you to grab one today!

Fill in the online Citizencard form, using our unique code which is UNIBBC. Your card will then be processed and we will let you know when it's arrived at InfoPoint for collection
