Strategic Plan

As an organisation that exists to represent you, the students; we are constantly seeking ways to develop, support and empower you to make the most of your experience at the University of Derby.

As members of the Union you decide the direction we should take, which is why during we seek your opinions on pretty much everything we do, and listen to your views in order to create our Strategic Plan and outline priorities for the future. Change, feedback, consultation and representation – they’re all things that make up our day to day operations; ensuring you feel part of the bigger picture here at Derby.

We want all students to have a transformative experience and we want to be proud to say we have achieved record levels of engagement, with detailed plans in place to help us achieve our ultimate goals.
